Three Chord Truth is a band that plays a unique blend of country, funk, rock, and jam band music, appealing to a diverse audience of all ages.  Three Chord Truth sets itself apart with its ability to blend genres, deliver incredible vocal harmonies, and play classic tunes with a twist. The band formed in 2017 when Brandon Covey and Dave Cavitt started playing together as a Duo and began reaching out to a diverse set of musicians who each bring their own backgrounds and styles to the overall feel and sound that is Three Chord Truth.  Today, Three Chord Truth can play in multiple configurations ranging from a full five or six piece band, to a Trio incorporating acoustic guitars and a fiddle/mandolin player, or a Duo with just a couple acoustic guitars for a more intimate setting.

Venue's performed have ranged from backyard bbq's all the way to Altria Theater in their hometown of Richmond, Virginia.
